(#2843, #9943) PCI IOP<p>(Only available as REFURBISHED as of October 1, 2004) <p><p>#2843/#9943 is a PCI I/O processor with 64MB of memory which drives PCI IOA adapters on Models 820, 830, 840, on the #5075 PCI Expansion Tower when attached to a Model 820, and on the #5074 PCI Expansion Tower. <p><p>On the Model 820, a 32MB PCI IOP is included in the base system. Up to five #2843 PCI IOPs may be added to the Model 820. <p><p>The #5075 PCI Expansion Tower has a 32MB PCI IOP included in the expansion unit. When attached to a Model 820, up to three #2843 PCI IOPs may be added to the #5075. <p><p>On Models 830 and 840, a #9943 PCI IOP is included in the base system. Up to four optional #2843 PCI IOPs may be added to the system. <p><p>On the #5074 PCI Expansion Tower a #9943 PCI IOP is included in the base system. Up to six optional #2843 PCI IOPs may be added. <p><p>On the #5079 1.8M I/O Tower, two #9943 PCI IOPs are included in the base system. Up to 12 optional #2843 PCI IOPs may be added. <p><p>Note: #9943 may only be on initial system orders or on MES orders which add #5074 or #5079 towers to an installed system.
